Ajay Mehra, Ph.D., Founder and CIO
Prior to founding Foresight, Ajay served as Managing Director and Head of Equities at Salient Partners where he created and managed the firm's global equity strategy. Dr. Mehra also served as Managing Director and Head of Manager and Fund Research at UBS where he rebuilt the firm’s manager and fund selection platform and advised on over $300 Billion in assets. Previously, as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at private equity firm Columbus Nova, Dr. Mehra co-managed a global macro fund and a long biased global equity fund. Prior to that, Dr. Mehra was Managing Director and Head of Equity Research for State Street Research, where he was the lead portfolio manager for a Health Sciences fund (selected as the Lipper Best Health Sciences Fund 2003 and 2004) and a Large-Cap fund. Dr. Mehra first started managing institutional money at Columbia Management Group where he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager covering Media, Telecom, and Consumer and Healthcare sectors. He started his Wall Street career at Morgan Stanley where he was the firm's ranked Consumer Products analyst. Before coming to Wall Street, he was Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at West Virginia University's College of Business and Economics. Dr. Mehra holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from Panjab University in Chandigarh, India and earned a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, where his doctoral dissertation was selected as a finalist for the Best Dissertation award by the Academy of Management and was subsequently published as a book. He has also published numerous papers on company strategy and industry analysis in leading academic journals.
Anthony Sotirhos, Senior Analyst
Prior to Foresight Global Investors, Anthony was a Senior Research Analyst at North Elm Capital, an event driven hedge fund. Before North Elm, Mr. Sotirhos served as an analyst focused on distressed and event driven opportunities across the capital structure. Mr. Sotirhos served as a Senior Analyst at Kortright Capital, an event driven hedge fund, and Breeden Capital Management, an activist firm headed by former Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Richard C. Breeden. Mr. Sotirhos joined Breeden Capital Management after working at Clay Finlay as a Vice President, where he headed the firm's global TMT research as well as focusing on the US/European consumer companies. Mr. Sotirhos began his career as a Research Analyst at Gabelli Asset Management where he served as a member of the media/telecom research team. Anthony holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Willard Bollenbach, CFA, Analyst
Will joined Foresight Global investors in 2019. Prior to Foresight, Will spent 4 years within the Fund of Funds Group at Credit Suisse Asset Management. In this role he covered fundamental hedge fund strategies including equity long/short, event driven and distressed credit on a global basis. While pursuing his degree from Dartmouth College, Mr. Bollenbach interned at Gridley & Company as well as RBC Wealth Management. Will holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth, was a National Merit Scholar and is a CFA charterholder.
Enrico Elvina, Head of Operations
Prior to Foresight Global Investors, Enrico spent nine years with Castalia Advisors LLC and JC Goodgal Inc. in the capacity of Director of Operations. His responsibilities included the internal operations of the management companies and overseeing the administrative operations. In the mid 90’s, Mr. Elvina was previously with Standard and Poor’s in the capacity of a Research Analyst. In 2000, Mr. Elvina relocated to the Cayman Islands where he was employed by Close Brothers (Cayman) Ltd. in their Funds Services Department. Before Close Brothers (Cayman) Ltd. He was employed by HSBC (Cayman) Limited in their Investor Services Department. Enrico holds a B.S. in Finance from Pace University.
Robert Disciullo, Esq, General Counsel
Rob Disciullo serves as Foresight's general counsel. He is also the managing partner of Disciullo and Associates, P.C. Rob is admitted to the bar in both the state of New York and Connecticut. He received his JD from Pace University in 1987.
